Our individually designed high specification meeting rooms and boardrooms in Mayfair, St James’s and Holborn Circus can seat up to 12 people and offer HD screens and audio-conferencing facilities.

All meeting rooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £115 per hour and include complimentary tea, coffee, still and sparkling water. We can cater also for both breakfast and lunch meetings.

Boardrooms

Our high-specification boardrooms can seat up to 12 guests and are perfect for formal board meetings or private dining. The rooms feature large HD screens, Starleaf video conferencing, audio-conferencing and unique pieces of contemporary art. Our boardrooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £149 per hour.

The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse at The Clubhouse is a place to brainstorm ideas, collaborate, present, share and develop your plans. In partnership with MultiTaction, our fully interactive, 3.6m MTCanvus video wall makes The Greenhouse the ideal solution for any business looking to boost engagement, creativity, collaboration and productivity. Plant your ideas and watch them grow!

The Greenhouse is charged on an hourly basis from only £149 per hour and includes complimentary tea, coffee, still and sparkling water.

We can accommodate up to 150 people for events such as product launches, press events, networking events, parties, team building events and motivational talks. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

At The Clubhouse we will look after every aspect of your meeting or event to ensure a seamless delivery and a successful day. We can also arrange post-meeting and celebratory canape & bowl food events in the evening. Hosting events throughout the year, The Clubhouse works with professional event caterers to offer tasty food to impress your guests.
