These flexible rooms are named after the first private owner of 8 St. James’s Square, the famous English potter Josiah Wedgwood and the renowned architect and designed of New Delhi, Sir Edwin Lutyens who laid out his plans for the Indian capital in his studio just behind 8 St James’s Square.
Each room can accommodate up to 22 around a boardroom table or up to 40 people in a theatre-style configuration. When booked together, these rooms can accommodate up to 80 people to provide an ideal space for larger presentations, off-sites, product launches, team-building events, town hall-style meetings or drinks receptions.
Continuing our tradition of naming the largest rooms after noteworthy people who helped to define the local area, William Haywood designed Holborn Circus in 1867 and St Andrew’s Church opposite was rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren.
When booked together, these rooms can be combined to accommodate up to 60 people to provide an ideal space for larger presentations, off-sites, product launches, team-building events, town hall-style meetings or drinks receptions.
We are able to cater for various other large evening or weekend events for up to 200 people. In any of our locations including Mayfair, St James’s Square or Holborn Circus.
