The Clubhouse, St James provides a high-specification boardroom which can seat up to 12 guests which is perfect for formal board meetings or team planning sessions. The room is equipped with a large HD screen, audio-conferencing and everything you need for a seamless meeting. The room combines modern technology and functionality with style and luxury at an affordable price. Our boardrooms can be charged on an hourly basis from only £85 (+VAT) per hour. Reduced rates for half and full day bookings are available.

The Clubhouse, Bank boasts an individually designed, high-specification boardroom with fantastic views of The City of London. This airy bright room is perfect for your meeting, whether it’s a relaxed planning session, or an executive board meeting. Our boardrooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £85 (+VAT) per hour. Reduced rates for half and full day bookings are available.

The Clubhouse, Holborn Circus boasts a professional business boardroom to hold meetings for up to 12 guests. The room feature a large HD screen, audio-conferencing and unique pieces of contemporary art which provide a calm, sophisticated atmosphere for meetings. Our boardrooms are charged on an hourly basis from only £85 (+VAT) per hour. Reduced rates for half and full day bookings are available.

Bike Racks
We offer a number of secure bike racks for anyone cycling to and from The Clubhouse.

We have a number of secure lockers for use by members in which to store files, briefcases, umbrellas etc.
Charging Lockers
We offer secure mobile phone, tablet and laptop charging lockers, where you can leave your items to charge securely whether you are in or out of The Clubhouse.
Macs
Forgotten your laptop? Not to worry as we offer PC’s and Macs for use.
Printing
Members receive up to 10 pages a day of complimentary printing. Additional copies A4-10p/A3-15p.
Phone Booths
Take calls or Skype conversations in our private phone booths.
Courier
International delivery, UK delivery and London courier services at preferable rates available from the Front Desk.
Concierge
The Clubhouse offers a premium concierge service and can arrange taxis, chauffeurs, restaurant and hotel bookings, and all travel arrangements.
