Adrian Moorhouse, 1988 Olympic Gold Medallist and Managing Director and Co-Founder of management performance consultancy Lane4, will reflect upon his 21 years as a business leader, whilst also discussing the challenges of being a business leader today. He was awarded Best Leader in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For list in 2007 and 2009.

As a swimming commentator for the BBC most recently at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, Adrian will also look at some of the lessons that can be taken into today’s business world from the record successes of Team GB at Rio.
